actually i was supposed to be on a cut diet and i had way too many cheat meals the last two weeks so i think im gona do another 2 weeks than bulk for 2 weeks or maybe run something to help me bulk for a longer time.... we will see what next week brings...

Bi's DB Curls 20x10 20x10 20x9 Tri Bar Curls 70x6 70x5 70x6 Easy Curl Bar 75x5 75x6 75x5 Cardio Bike 4 miles 14:38 - .5 mile cool down... total time 16:30 Feeling pretty damn good right now! I'm getting that "I'm back in the zone feeling" Doc's orders... need to do some Band work on my right shoulder (all do both)... and it's back to kick ass workouts next Monday... I'm so ready.... took stats and this set it OFF... 174.2 18.2 BF (WTF)... can drop this real fast 25.0 BMI In the word of Brad - Do work!!

I have the diet in check. Workout are just random for now to get over the whole "welcome your sore as shait". Current sups are: Anabolic Addiction Secret Pre WO Mass Addiction T-AlpHa MFV ~~~~~~~~~~ Just doing work... Back Rows 135x9 165x6 170x6 170x5 Pull-Overs 110x8 100x8 100x12 Pull Down Wide Grip 70x10 110x10 150x8 150x7 Legs Leg Press 180x12 240x8 300x8 360x7 405x7 (Not bad, since the last time I did legs was like months ago) Leg Ext 65x10 80x10 80x10 Tri Press Down 60x10 60x10 90x10 Tri Ext 50x10 50x8 50x6 Cardio: Crazy ass 1.31 miles (20:00 minutes). Several speed that max'd out to 7.5, inclines of 15, and just plan brutal. Felt really go after all of this. |
