Glad to hear your getting better, now get your butt to work and lets see some abs... i cant seem to get mine to show so you'll have to do it for both of us...

actually i was supposed to be on a cut diet and i had way too many cheat meals the last two weeks so i think im gona do another 2 weeks than bulk for 2 weeks or maybe run something to help me bulk for a longer time.... we will see what next week brings...
