As for Protocol, appears to leaving pretty much sure free. I've also switched up the diet: 7:30 4 eggs 1 string cheese 10:30 1/2 cup of Almonds 2 scoops of Protein in water 1:00 Chicken salad and some salsa 2 TBL Spoons of Natty Flaxseed PB 2 scoops of Xtend 4:00 huge pork loin chop 8:30 2 scoops of Protocol 9:00 Workout 10:30 10oz of Organic Horizon 2% 1 Scoop of Protein
