Back Rear Delt (Cybex Machine) 70x8 110x6 110x6 Compound Row 130x6 175x6 190x6 Lat Pull down 85x8 110x8 125x6 Tri Tri Press down 90x10 130x8 140x6 160x6 100x8 Tri Extension 70x8 80x6 95x6 (possible PR, need to check) Bicep Hammer Strength Machine (similar to preacher) 45x10 45x8 60x6 60x5 Hammer Curls 25x8 25x8 Calves (a little sore from the other day) Standing Raises 90x15 90x15 90x12 90x10 Sitting Raises 50x15 50x13 50x15 Comments: Overall the workout was pretty good. The order that you see them listed is how I performed each task. By the time I finished the Hammer Curls, I was pretty beat. These workouts typically only last about an hour. I defiantly felt the AA “Alpha Tester” product kick in when I was doing triceps. I took it about 30 minutes before my workout. I’m really looking forward to my next workout on Saturday

Looking hard and heavy. I noticed you mentioned "compounds rows"...are they the same as barbell rows?

Its actually a machine.
You'll notice as my workouts take place...there will be a combo of machines and free weights included. Really like to keep those fibers guessing!

This will be the last time I go to the Y at 2pm on a Sunday. Typically I go as soon as they open. Felt really good working my skinny chicken legs. Busy days coming up and will be taken a few days to repair. Diet has been heavy on high carbs, protein and low fat. Can't wait till you guys get your hands on our new preworkout product ![]()
