I really just started up a good 4-6 weeks ago, but but dailed in on proper diet and workout plan about 4 weeks ago. One of the major differences... First time in all most 10 years... started working out at lunch, rather than 9pm.
LOVE IT! Solid 180 right now and no plan to really cut this summer. Thanks jslep |

I like the leg work. Leg extensions are still a very important part of my program. I like to do them in sets of 30+ before squating sometimes in the offseason. Gives a nasty pump!
