Hopefully the attachments work but here's a brief run down of goals. Current arm 16 3/4" goal will be 18" Current leg is a small 23 1/2" so goal will be high 26+" Current chest 44" goal will be 46" Current shoulders 52" goal will be 54" Current weight was 193 at the gym, goal will be to stay over 200 Pics were taken for proof of measurements so if the attachments don't work they are on my profile page. My workouts will very cause i do like to change things up at least every month but one thing will remain the same is that i will always do the big four lifts bench, squat, deads, and clean-n-press. These i will always hit for strength so reps will always be low and weight will hopefully be high. I am over 300 in bench, dead, and squat but i would like them all to be over 400. Current bench PR 315 Current Squat PR 315 Current Deadlift PR 405 Current clean-n-press PR 205 As long as i improve all those substantially i will be happy. Currently i work out 3 days a week due to work schedules with me and my wife, her working nights at the bar so i have the kids mon/wed/fri. So i hit the gym tue/thur/sat. Tues. chest/tri's Thur. back/bi's Sat. legs/shoulders I have some PH's i will take along the way but as of yet i am undecided when and what i will do with what i have. To date i have run two cycles h-drol and a m14add/p-mag which i just finished(very disappointed). All CEL products but this is what i have....... M-drol(x2) P-plex(x2) H-drol(x2) Eq-plex(x2) Alpha-1(x2) One of my goals also will be to run this log for the remainder of the year so for those of you who follow along i appreciate it and whenever someone would like to give me some advice or new ideas be it training or diet or cycles please feel free to do so i love to learn and try new things (as long it doesn't involve me with another man). |

BB bench press 185x10, 225x6, 225x8, 275x4 (got a bump spot on the last rep) Standing decline cable flys 60x10, 60x10, 70x10, 70x10 (very slow, tight squeeze) Incline DB press 60x10, 70x8, 80x7 Dips bw 25,25,18,14 Tri pushdown v grip 160x10, 4sets Skull crushers 95x10, 115x6, 125x5 Overhead rope extensions 70x10, 4 sets (verrrry slow, tight squeeze) Todays diet was poor so it will need some work.......... Looks solid. Will be intresting to see the gains you'll make. I've never followed someones log when they've cycled. I'm in good luck.
