did a hole bunch of ab stuff too but reps and what not i didn't keep track of i just go to failure. i did some machine, and leg raises and crunches. i was at the new gym today and it is nice. 10,000 square feet of awesomeness! pretty much dedicated to the powerlifter and bodybuilder. same gym JesseA had his meet middle of feburary. it was real nice and if you pay 18mon up front its only 22 bucks a month. not bad.

yeah they hurt a little but the funniest thing is the rubber arm. the first 20 are surprisingly easy and then BOOM arms go limp on ya.

Did that 135lbs. burn hurt the rest of your workout? 55 bench reps is awesome.

Just to give everyone a update, until my showtime i will no longer be posting workouts or dieting due to the fact that i do have a trainer and i would be posting up free info for anyone to see/steal/use for contest prep of which she uses to make a living. so out of respect for her and at her personal request i will not be sharing my workout info with ya'll for a couple months. I will resume after the show and will still continue my other logs and updates just not in detail. Thankyou MAB members for your support. If not for you guys and Steve i would not be where i am right now. my motivation is at an all time high and its due to the members of this forum pushing and helping one another. once again thankyou guys i appreciate it.
