Deadlifts & Pushdowns today Deadlifts 1x3x225 5x3x315 10x1x375 Pushdowns... 5x10xStack Deadlifts left me wrecked... I'm going to feel them tomorrow Dinner - Hot wings doused in Franks Red Hot, protein shake, water water water, vitamins... yum For the record, Animal Pak vitamins, while awesome, taste and smell like absolute shit! |

Nice deadlifts man, I am avoiding them for a while, last time I did them they left me sore for almost a week, and definitely ruined some lifts.
C&P says that cleans and shrugs will build your deadlift, so I will believe him. In a few weeks I will test my max and see how things are. Keep up the good work!

Deadlifts don't usually put me out for too long... My biggest problem with them is keeping a good grip on them at heavy weight. I don't like using straps unless I absolutely have to, so I've been looking for some good grip exercises.

I need to start strengthening my grip now. I really don't like the idea of being attached to heavy weight and now being able to drop it.

New PR!!! Was messing around with squats today and learned two things... 1. MethylMass makes you jittery as hell until you start lifting hard, then it puts you in the fucking zone. 2. You don't know until you try Started doing triples, - 3x3x315 - 3x3x365 - 3x3x405 - 1x3x425 - 1x1x445 - 1x1x465(PR) - 1x1x485(PR) - 1x1x505!!!!!!!!(PR) - 5 plates per side feels beast as shit btw Calf raises - 3x12xStack FUCKING JACKED!!!! Have a great fucking weekend guys! |
