Cable Side Laterals20x12,25x12,30x10 Seated DB Front Raises-25x10,25x8,25x8 X Crossovers-20x15 (3 Sets) DB Curl-45x10,45x8,40x8 Weighted Dips-90x15,115x10,115x8 1 Arm DB Preacher Curl-30x12,35x12,35x12 Close Grip Bench-185x12,205x12,225x10 drop 135x10 Rope Hammer Curl-70x12,80x10,80x8 Tricep Pressdown-120x10,100x10,100x10 I had the Muscle Marinade sample that Ripped sent me preworkout(Thanks Ripped!!) I thought it was pretty good. Taste- 7 out of 10. I had the grape flavor and it was pretty good, just left a weird after taste. Mix- 9 out of 10. It mixed really well. Performance- 8 out of 10. I slowly started to feel more energy with it throught my workout. I had really good pumps and energy. Overall- 8 out of 10. Overall I think it's a good product. I still think superpump is the best, but I might give this a run once I finish off my superpump. |

Sorry I was MIA for the past couple weeks. I started WS4SB last week and I am really enjoying it. I have added an extra lift or two just to add a little volume to bodyparts I feel need a little bit more work to help me improve before hitting the stage next year.
Barbell bench-135x5,185x5,205x5,225x3,255x3,265x3,270x2 Incline DB(2 Sets max reps)-70x30(this took the breath out of me lol),75x20 Close Grip Pulldown-180x8(3 Sets) I added these in for extra back work T Bar Rows-195x10,225x8,225x10 DB Curls-50x9,50x7,40x12 Barbell Shrugs-315x10,315x10,315x8 Superset with V Bar Pressdown-3 sets (Finished with stack for 15 reps) Shoulder Prehab Today was a really good workout. I was a little disappointed at my bench, but I have never ran a program or training split to try to increase it. This should help me push more weight. Also switching from more of a bodybuilding style to a powerlifting one is a big difference for me. I am going to really have to practice my form... ALOT!! I new to this type of training, but I am really enjoying it so far. I wish I would have made the switch sooner |
