Deadlifts and overhead press looked good. Although I am sure a rack would have made the OHP a bit easier. Good work, you have a ton of potential, but nail down the form now to make it easier in the future. Keep at it, great stuff

BTB and others have given great comments.
I'm gonna disagree with Kman on this point: I bench to chest, but you only "need to" come to chest in a PL competition. Granted, you don't want an artificially shallow bench, but an inch or two off your chest to spare your shoulders is no sin. Quote:
