Bench-135x8, 145x6, 165x4, 175x3, 190x2, 210x1 PR for pyramid(slight bounce... see notes)
Incline DB- chest was poop, easing into these- 45x8, 60x6, 70x5, 70x5 tri push down-50x8, 60x8, 70x8, 85x6 NOTES -skipped history class and lifted weights at school on top of this. it was nothing major, but it didnt help this any. -bounced a tad bit because i wasnt sure i could get it. ----went up easier than my 210 max... bump coulda helped. -good workout

im interested to see how it goes for you. if you start at your max on the chart, the 1st workout or two should be fairly easy, but it gets harder over time. the progression on the chart goes by 10 lbs, but obviously its better to go up by 8. i would start 5 lbs less than your max on the chart if i were you. GL
