175x5 205x4 245x2x3 265x6x3 I dropped the weight a little bit, I was supposed to go up to 275 but I did not have a spotter in my basement so I held back a little bit. I also do not like the bench I have in my basement, it feels weird and the rack is set a weird width. But its all good, I still got a good workout in.

Thanks guys, I had a great weekend but this week is going to suck. I am starting another cycle of 531 for both deadlifts and squats but already tonight I had to miss a workout. I will squat tomorrow definitely but not sure what will happen the rest of the week. I have a lot of projects due this week, and they are all huge projects that need to get done so I can graduate. Group meetings and stuff like that are going to kill me so I will definitely get my main 3 lifts in but not sure about doing much else.
I will be on the site when I can, but do not expect much. All of my free time will be in the gym or writing papers. This sucks!

Best squat day ever!!!!
Started the 2nd cycle of my 531 for squat and it went great, added 10 pounds to each set and this is the best my squats have ever felt Squat 555 Warmups then 335x5 355x5 375x10, this was amazing, I felt I could have grinded out one more, but my form would have been horrible so I racked it, and fell to the floor. One of the best sets of my life so needless to say PR BTN Seated 10x3 165x5x3 175x1x3 180x2 reps, failure 175x3x3 Squatting wore me out and I do not care Yates Rows 205x2x5 225x3x5 245x1x5 Quick workout almost no rest after squatting gotta run to a meeting
