Did not hit a PR but it was much better than last week. Last week I struggled with 245 so this was a mental victory for me.

Standing Strict OHP

285x2x4 PR, but these were too heavy form got ugly and I needed straps. Need to pick some up this week.

Very good workout this morning and then a very busy day. A group of my friends and I went kayaking today, which is an amazing workout. We were mostly just floating down this creek, so our car was parked down the creek. Then it started to rain, and then it started to rain hard. So the last mile really sucked, but it was still fun. A story we will all remember. And the best part is that my buddy had to put his kayaks on his jeep, and he can not do that with the top on his jeep. So he had a very long, wet, cold ride home, lol

I think I am just going to get a cheap pair of straps, I only use them maybe once a week, so I do not think I need to get the versa gripps. Keeping it cheap.
