Light day, arm/ab circuit
Round 1 Barbell Curls-weights ranged from 70-100 Tricep Cable Pushdown-150 Ab wheel x 10 Round 2 Barbell curl with fat gripz- range of 65-85 Band Pushdown-average band-green Decline sit ups x 15 Everything was done for 10-15 reps, depending on the amount of weight. Did a total of 10 rounds alternating between 1 and 2, so 5 of each. The fat gripz were a killer, my forearms were on fire, my arms were incredibly swollen, it hurt to move them. My abs are killing me, the ab wheel is the best thing I have ever used for the midsection. Lovin it!!!

Yea, I know, my light days pretty much just mean no heavy presses or heavy squats, everything else gets pretty intense.
Once I start curling I just keep putting weight on, as my arms swell!! LOL Another note, my shoulders and traps are killing me, I am going to say the combination of close grip and hang pulls did this, it is crazy sore!

Awesome heavy day!! Shit got painful!!
Snatches 15x1 (first time ever doing snatches over 100 pounds) 135x2 155x2 165x5 135x5-went to lighter weights to work on form, it got kinda ugly with the heavier weights, need to work on this movement BTN Push Press 10x3 155x1 185x1 205x1 215x1 225x4 205x2 This was awesome probably about 40 more pounds then I thought I could do, but just went crazy and did it. Almost bashed my head on the last set of 225, and now my traps are just killing me from weights slamming into them. Leg Press for time 180x3x 1 minute and 30 seconds Each week I am going to increase the time by 15-30 seconds
