I added these in because I have started doing some strongman training and one the main movements for strongman is the axle clean and press, the fat gripz are actually thicker than most axles, so I think this will help me a lot. And I hate direct grip work

Friday Session 1
ATG Squats 135x3x5 185x3, 2 Singles w/ 225, 275, 295, 325 PR!! 275, Deficit Deadlifts 135x3 225x3 Singles w/ 315, 415, 465 PR This was a big PR, up 30 pounds from 2 weeks ago and felt great. More to come later, bench session this afternoon

ME Bench Press
155x10 245x5 315x1 335x1 355x1 PR 315x2 sets x 4 reps, not really a PR but really awesome 245x15 I think it may have been more, once again awesome My bench felt awful when we started, 245 felt like 295 and then 315 went a little better, and then things just kept getting better, and I hit an awesome PR. I thought after 350 I would stall out because that was a huge number for me, but no way keep pushing. Lateral raises supersetted with 25x3x10 Band Tricep Pushdown Average band x 3 x 15 Kept the volume very low, strongman workout tomorrow, not sure what it will entail, I think at least farmers, and some tire flips, not sure what else.

i looked over your template...
one thing i've taken from it and your log is i need more variety of exercises... i've really been focusing on the big 3 before and i drove that progression into the ground... now i plan to add variation. as you can see in yesterday and todays workout, i plan to add variations of the big 3 to my workouts- such as band work, rack work, bench/box squats, ect. i think if i can start racking up PRs in those, the base lift will shoot up
