Just realized since track starts until we start getting outside alot I'm going to be weight training like 5 times a week [which I can't help] So I'm not going to be training outside of track practice
Today I worked my full clean form and it was awesome I felt like I really had it down only worked with 105 but still it felt great. I think I am going to start a madcows template with squats What I mean is this coming week I will do 155x5 and then the next squats workout do 160x3 then 160x5 and so on Also yesterday was my first time playing guitar in a band setting we're doing a sophomore chapel at our school so the worship team got together and practiced and it went well so fairly happy with things lately unless track practice 5 times a week causes me to under-recover |
