hahaha BTB that's awesome.. took me a second to figure out what the hell you were talking about with the accentuated Plyos repeated. My work blocks video, so I couldn't see the Jim Mora part at first... man, that was so damn funny. Still gets quotes years later...hahaha

Just realized since track starts until we start getting outside alot I'm going to be weight training like 5 times a week [which I can't help] So I'm not going to be training outside of track practice
Today I worked my full clean form and it was awesome I felt like I really had it down only worked with 105 but still it felt great. I think I am going to start a madcows template with squats
What I mean is this coming week I will do 155x5 and then the next squats workout do 160x3 then 160x5 and so on
Also yesterday was my first time playing guitar in a band setting we're doing a sophomore chapel at our school so the worship team got together and practiced and it went well so fairly happy with things lately unless track practice 5 times a week causes me to under-recover
