well i got 3 days in on gtg, before my shoulder acted out (damn you lol). From thursday to saturday my left shoulder, elbow, and wrist were all in pain, so im going to drop it and instead go back to tinkering with my GPDT routine to get it "perfected" first thing is im going to use Prilepin's table to correct the problem of excessive soreness, and second im going to use a 2 day split training 4x a week.

i stopped lifting when it started, so it just hurt sitting in a chair, or walking, even if i wasn't using the joints they were hurting.

Sharp or dull pain? And do you experience weakness?

Have you tried some prehab? Even when your shoulder is not hurting you should probably do some band work to strengthen around the joint. And ice can be great on your joints for prehab, or when it starts to give you trouble.

probably, but it only really hurts when i either put a lot of weight on it repeatedly, like with gtg, or when i moved. Other than that its fine.
