according to pavel your supposed to start with about 80% of your 5rm, but just used 85% of my 1rm minus 15ibs to start. like i said plan to run it for about 5 weeks and then test my maxes, and see where im at

That much on bench or military press in 5 weeks would be awesome. Wouldnt be too surprised at all if you hit a 15lb increase on squats or deads in 5 weeks.

Day 3 is done. Lovin this workout, but i hate the deads, a tip to anyone wanting to do this pick only one posterior chain exercise


Squat- 1x5 200ibs
Bench- 1x5 125ibs
Deadlift- 1x5 215ibs
