Alternating ABA BAB each week A Squat- 3x5 Bench- 3x5 Deadlift- 1x5 B Squat- 3x5 Standing OH press- 3x5 Power Cleans- 5x3 I have put my 5RMs for each lift into week 4 of the program so after week 4 i'm going to be setting PR's. With power cleans I need to work on form so I will slowly increase the weight as I feel I can with good form Cannot wait to start this. I will be lifting Wednesday Friday Sunday. My goals as of now are: Squat- 3x5x185 Dead- 1x5x225 Bench- 3x5x155 OH press- 3x5x115

Squats- 3x5x115
Bench- 3x5x115 Deadlift- 1x5x165 everything was easy just hitting the weights till they start getting harder, next workout wednesday
