My daughters already know that loud car stereos, piercings, tattoos, long hair, and low pants are banned. I tell them if they boy really wants to stand out, he'll impress me (and her) with his personality and respect.

Respect is my biggest goal with my kids! They aren't perfect, but ask any adult who has interacted with them. I get compliments and they are nice to hear. I preach/teach "old fashioned" respect.

Brutal workout today. I couldn't even get through my warmups. My shoulders and elbows are killing me, and warmup weight felt insanely heavy. I need to back off from heavy, heavy squats for a couple weeks to recover and de-load.
