01/03/2009 Bench 275 x 5 Squat 365 x 4 And the "300" beard is staying. I want to cut up and have this beard. That's my secret goal. Get some professional pics done

Am I dead? No...just still sick. Diet - Warrior Diet. 2300 calories. 300 calories pre-workout, Muscle Gauge Whey Isolate, 3 scoops in water. Sip all day. Post-workout yet to come. 2000 calories of whatever I so desire. I felt HUNGRY today, with a capital get out of my way or I'll eat you. But, fear not, I didn't resort to eating any living creatures. Energy - D - Last night my cough returned slightly, and my energy waned. I went from feeling 80% to 50%. I limped through my workout. Workout Grade - C + Workout Time - 41 minutes Tired. Tired. Tired. Tired. Tired. My strength was fairly good on curls and presses, but I felt weak on Arnold presses. I hadn't performed Arnolds in a while, so I dropped the weight and just repped out what I could. Palo Alto Labs ATP Tabs - C- Sorry Palo Alto, but even your superhuman, life giving powers in convenient tablet form were no match for my sick butt today. I did feel slightly better as the workout went on, but not as energetic as I would like. Other Supplements - C- The whey protein didn't stave off hunger at all today. Supplements: --Muscle Gauge Whey Isolate - Cinnamon Bun --Palo Alto Labs ATP Tabs --Multivitamin --Vitamin D-3 (Gummie) --Fish Oil --Glucosamine & Chondroitin I will be adding Optimum Nutrition Glutamine and BCAAs very soon. Press Behind the Neck 205 x 3 205 x 3 205 x 4 (Money set - goal of 20 reps) Press Behind the Neck - Bulldozer Sets - 30/30/60/60 seconds rest 185 x 6/2/1/1/2 Arnold Press - Bulldozer Sets - 30/30/60/60 seconds rest 45's x 8/4/4/4/4 DB Curls - Bulldozer Sets - 30/30/60/60 seconds rest 45's x 8/5/4/4/4
