Time to hit it. Here is my starting picture. I'm not going to whip out my man-boobs for you. Picture taken 30 minutes again. Diet. I'm on the Warrior Diet today. 300 calories of whey protein during the day, and 2000 calories of whatever post-workout. I will update more later. Supplements. Currently I am using (starting today): --Muscle Gauge Whey Isolate - Cinnamon Bun --Palo Alto Labs ATP Tabs --Multivitamin --Vitamin D-3 (Gummie) --Fish Oil --Glucosamine & Chondroitin I will be adding Optimum Nutrition Glutamine and BCAAs very soon. Starting Photo. I'm not stepping on the scale (yet). I've been a slave to the scale for so long that I am determined to make this a lifestyle first and foremost. Once I am in a groove with this lifestyle, I will step on the scale. There is a ton of muscle on my physique, but - of course - a lot of fat. Arms are about 19 1/4, legs are close to 30. Pants are 40-42.

Diet - Warrior Diet. 2300 calories. 300 calories pre-workout, Muscle Gauge Whey Isolate, 3 scoops in water. Sip all day. Post-workout yet to come. 2000 calories of whatever I so desire. Energy - B+ I felt a bit tired today, still lingering from my illness. But right now, post-workout, I feel ready to do some, er, extra curricular activities. Workout Grade - A Workout Time - 49 minutes I'm giving this workout a thumbs up. I hadn't lifted in 3 weeks due to an ongoing (severe) cough an inability to breathe. I felt 50% recovered today, and was going to lift if it meant an ER trip. I was coughing up lung cookies in between sets, but felt much better then I expected - considering the bulk of my work was rest-pause work. My strength was a tad down, but I felt strong with the weight I did use. My 2010 goal for this day is to get to a 20 rep bench press set. Today I hit 275 x 5. I will keep adding reps until that becomes 275 x 20...and then eventually 315 x 20. All while cutting. My will is strong, and I will die trying. Palo Alto Labs ATP Tabs - A This is day 1 of trying Palo Alto Labs pre-workout ATP Tabs. I placed 2 tabs below my tongue, and chilled for 15 minutes as they dissolved. The flavor was very pleasant and tasty, like sour, fizzy candy. The Tabs didn't have an aftertaste, nor did they taste supplement-y in the least. A big thumbs up to Palo Alto! With that said, I expected to feel nothing from these ATP Tabs. It's not that I was doubting their potency - but more so that I was tired, sick, and hadn't worked out in nearly 3 weeks. By the end of my workout I was freaky-energetic. I was ready to rip the head off a bear. I wanted to bend the barbells in half and smash them through the wall. I never speculate on placebo effects from supplements - because I only have my internal feedback. But I really feel that the Palo Alto ATP Tabs were working as intended. I crushed this workout, and still feel ready to go. Other Supplements - B+ I am really liking Muscle Gauge Whey Isolate. It mixes so easily, and I enjoy sipping on it during my workouts. It doesn't feel heavy in the stomach, nor does it give me any burps or gas. Other supps: --Muscle Gauge Whey Isolate - Cinnamon Bun --Palo Alto Labs ATP Tabs --Multivitamin --Vitamin D-3 (Gummie) --Fish Oil --Glucosamine & Chondroitin I will be adding Optimum Nutrition Glutamine and BCAAs very soon. Bench Press 275 x 3 275 x 3 275 x 5 (Money set - goal of 20 reps) Bench Press - Bulldozer Sets - 30/30/60/60 seconds rest 245 x 7/3/2/2/2 Incline Bench Press - Bulldozer Sets - 30/30/60/60 seconds rest 205 x 9/4/3/3/3 Close Grip Bench Press - Bulldozer Sets - 30/30/60/60 seconds rest 205 x 6/3/2/2/3 I really crushed the inclines.

Regarding my picture, I'm really surprised at how my upper body is coming around this year. I used to look like all quads. But I feel like my shoulders are as broad as a barn door. I hope this holds up while cutting. I will start to video and take off layers after I get to 250.

You look solid in that pic BTB, I will be following this closely. I too got me some PaloAlto ATP tabs, I wanna wait till I'm done with my Recycle log before I use them though. Your log is very detailed as always and pleasurable to read.
