yeah whatever... your a freaking beast, i dont have the mobility you have, i cant get the depth you can on the squats.... lower back and knee injuries limit me to just paralell

Parallel is good for me. Especially with the weight you squat.

Superpumped and Ramming Volume

Workout Time:63 minutes

Workout Grade: A+++

Man, I love lifting. Today was everything I could ask from a workout and more. In fact, it was the best workout I had all year. My energy was insane, I had the best bicep pump in a decade, and I could barely get my sweatshirt off after the workout...my shoulders were utterly destroyed.

I tried a sample of Gaspari SuperPump250 today. Stacking that with Palo Alto ATP tabs, and I literally felt like a superhero. Man, do I feel great right now. The energy boost from this combo allowed me to ram through my sets with ease.

I did 26 total sets in 63 minutes today - the most volume I've done on one day since 1987...I kid you not.

Diet: A (2400 cals)

250 grams of protein. Mucho tilapia post-workout tonight.

Energy: A+++

Started today with a slight illness relapse. Ended my workout like Superman. 'Nuff said.

Supplements: A+++
