Bench-95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 145x5, 170x55 rep PR, 185x1, 190(or195)x1 ****i think i may have attempted 205x1 by mistake, or something. my next set higher than 190 i failed***** Press-65x5, 85x3, 95x3, 110x5, 110x5, 110x4 New 5 rep PR'swith real bar** on random set of skull crushers Pec Dec-120x10, 180x10 (shoulders and chest were very worn out at this point) CG bench-135x5, 145xFAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! way too worked Notes ** Presses were very good, especially considering i usually dont do them after bench -kind of random. the gym was crowded as hell. I was lifting with friends which explains some of the random shit. -Tomorrow im lifting with my huge ass cousin

thanks man i hope i get a new 3x5 pr on squat tomorrow
__________________________________________________ __________ CUT- starting next monday i will be on a mini cut for 2-4 (hopefully 2-3) weeks. im getting to be a real fat ass, especially considering these past two weeks of eating shitty as hell. Heres my cut plan: Sun: 4000-4500 calories Carb up Mon: 3200 Tues 3000 Wed:3500 Thurs: 3200 Fri:3000 Sat:3400 NOTES -Sunday is a carb up day for energy -on lifting days ill have a slight bit more calories -3000 on off days -on off days ill do carrdio. On cardio days i wont be doing anything specific, just trying to burn around 400 calories(using heart rate monitor to show cals burnt) PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS- it may look weird. i dont know. i think it will work for me

his lifts arent extremely impressive for his size, but he has done power lifting in high school and now hes working with a strength coach for football in college.
hes squated (with a belt) 505 benched 315 (a bunch of times)
