pretty often lately. i try to keep my deadlift reps low and ive been adding in low reps in bench as well. i always keep under 5 on big movements and even some assistance moves, for me this is the quickest way to gain strength.

Bench- 135x3, 135x3, 135x2, 135x5, 180x4.5, 195x1, 205x FAIL
Deadlift- 225x5, 275x2, 295x1, 315x1, 335x6 REST PAUSE STYLE (20 secs in between) NOTES -Bench pissed me off. my hands slipped down the bar. if i had used chalk i think i could have got it. with uneven hands i was squirming around like crazy -I like this rest pause style (if thats even what i did). i had to do 20 seconds between, becuase i was so dizzy I think ill be trying out C&P soon.

^^^ Nice workout. May be, if you started using lower reps as you move closer to the top set for bench, you will be able to lift more.
