========== Would like to first thank LG Sciences to choosing me to log their Methyl Masterdrol. I was supplied with the XL bottle (135 tablets) therefore will run 4 tablets per day for 34 days. After completed will be running Tamoxifen Citrate for PCT. Here are all of the current stats, measurements, strength as of today. Current stats: Age: 38 Height: 5' 7" Weight: 193 lbs BF: 18.7% (measured on Omron HBF-306) Measurements: Neck: 18" Shoulders: 52" Chest: 47" Waist: 37" Leg: 22" Calf: 15.5" Arms: 16" Strength: Bench Press: 245 Tricep Pressdown: 170 x 8 Leg Squat: 390 Leg Press:630 x 8 Standing Calf: 405 Seated Rows: 160 x 8 Lat Pulldowns: 225 x 6 Dumbell Rows: 90 x 8 Preacher Curl: 90 x8 EZ Bar Curl: 95 x 8 Shoulder Press: 200 x 8 Dumbell Shrugs: 95 x 8 Workout Schedule: Chest / Tris Legs Back / Bis Shoulders / Abs Cardio (1-1.5hrs) 2 days off Repeat Cardio will be performed for 30-45 minutes after each workout. Usually do Elliptical or Stationary bike, sometimes the Treadmill. Supplements Milk Thistle 140mg Hawthorne Berry 1050mg Potassium Citrate 100mg Taurine 2000mg Fish Oil 2400mg Methyl Masterdrol 4 tablets spaced out evenly thru-out day Notes Today is the first day starting Methyl Masterdrol, as matter of fact at time of this post - only taken two tablets. Initial remarks, upon opening the bottle smelled somewhat minty. I've been placing the tablets under my tongue to dissolve. Has a minty taste, not too strong, not too weak. Doesn't have the aftertaste of herbs (like the E911) which is nice. |

Gym not very busy but I sure was! Great workout today, just got back. Took my 2 tablet of the day, I'm spacing them out about 4 hours for a total of 4 per day for this log. Not sure how long it will take before I start feeling or seeing any differences, but I will let everyone know. |

I'm surely getting used to the taste of the MMv3, as matter fact no aftertaste or any hint of herbs. Major plus in my book. Looking forward to this starting to kick in. Workout went well - just a bunch of highschool football players in the gym tonight (man all they like to do is text on phone, sit and chat, and talk to the other hs girls). Aren't you at the gym to workout? Not socialize? Maybe I'm getting old? |

Went to gym later tonight, not so many Highschool kids tonight. Been working during the day so don't perform workout in the morning. Only day 4 on the MMv3 - nothing really to report. |

Cardio Workout
Treadmill: Speed = 3.8, Incline = 1.5, Time = 26 minutes Stationary Bike: RPM = 80-90, Level = 3-4, Time = 15 minutes Elliptical: Speed = 5.0, Level = 5, Time = 20 minutes Supplements Milk Thistle 140mg Hawthorne Berry 1050mg Potassium Citrate 100mg Taurine 4000mg Fish Oil 2400mg Methyl Masterdrol 4 tablets (spread out every 4 hours) Notes As mentioned hungry all the time recently. Also noticed some acne on arm, calf and neck. Usually don't have acne issues, didn't even have issues when I was on mdrol. Cardio was good today. |

Took 2 tablets pre-workout approximately 30 minutes before I started. When first started felt stronger then usual, actually couple of lifts (in bold) were higher then last time I worked out Chest/Tris. Seems like the strength is starting to come on - which is good. Acne has almost stopped now. Haven't noticed any aggression, or other sides that a Methyl might have. So far so good.... |

Had quite a bit more strength tonight. Worked out for 1.5 hours and then performed Cardio. Still have enough strength at end of night to push out some higher weights. Body weight is still staying around the same. Hoping the strength gains continue to happen. Have noticed that the arms are looking a little more defined then usual - haven't noticed any size difference. Will take measurements again at end of cycle. |
