Thanks! This is my 2nd log for LG, first was a E911 log. Got chosen again to do this log. I've also been chosen for a Palo Alto Labs log once I'm completed with this Methyl Masterdrol log.
Just trying to be as detailed for myself and everyone else to see. Got lots of time on my hands right now (currently unemployed) so can get quite detailed. |

Workout - Shoulders/Abs
Shoulder Press: 90, 180, 200 x10 Front Arm Raises (dumbbell): 20, 25, 25 x10 Laterial Raises: 70, 90, 110 x 8 Raise to chin (smith machine): 20, 50, 70 x 8 Dumbell Shrugs: 75, 85, 95 x 8 Reverse Deltoid Fly: 60, 80, 100 x10 Crunches: 25, 25, 25, 25 Hanging Leg Raises: 25, 25, 25, 25 Side Crunches: 25, 20, 20 Treadmill: Speed=3.8, Incline=0, Time: 25 minutes Supplements Milk Thistle 140mg Hawthorne Berry 1050mg Potassium Citrate 100mg Taurine 4000mg Fish Oil 2400mg Methyl Masterdrol 4 tablets (spread out every 4 hours, 2 tablets taken preworkout) Notes End of second week on MMv3, have noticed that I can push out a few last reps of each exercise. Hoping that the strength comes on strong - I believe lift big or go home. No pain no gain! |

Iso-Lateral Bench Press: 90, 180, 230 x10 Lateral Wide Chest: 90, 180, 250 x10 Lateral Incline Press: 90, 180, 270 x5 Lateral Decline Press: 90, 180, 230 x8 Deltoid Flies: 110, 150, 180 x8 Single Arm overhead press: 20, 25, 25 x 10 Two handed press: 75, 85, 85 x8 Pressdowns (v-bar): 110, 150, 170 x 8 Rope Pressdowns: 70, 100, 100 x8 Treadmill: Speed=3.8-4.2, Time: 26 minutes Supplements Milk Thistle 140mg Hawthorne Berry 1050mg Potassium Citrate 100mg Taurine 2000mg Fish Oil 2400mg Methyl Masterdrol 4 tablets (taken 4 hrs apart from one another, 2 pre-workout) Notes I had to take a couple of days off, really pulled something in my right arm. My arm and hand have been going numb on me, almost all day and really bad at night time when trying to sleep. Maybe pinched nerve? Been taking some Ibuprofen. And didn't work out until tonight. Took it easy tonight, didn't want to really push myself. Still felt really strong though, and didn't get tired whatsoever. Endurance is really up while on the MMv3. |
