Chest & Tri's Peck Dec 70x20 70x20 70x20 Incline DB Presses Super Setted w/Decline Pushup's 50x12 - 20 PU 50x12 - 16 PU 50x12 - 10 PU Cable Crossovers 70x20 70x20 70x20 Tricep Push Downs 70x20 70x20 70x20 Overhead DB Extensions 30x12 30x12 30x12 I threw in 3 sets of Calve Raises, they are lacking a bit so I super setted them with the Overhead DB Extensions: Calve Raises 250x12 250x12 250x12 AB's all of the following were done consecutively then repeated for 3 sets Standing Cable Crunch 100x12 Pulse Up's 15 Medicine Ball Torso Rotation (Don't have a medicine ball, so I used a 25lb plate) 12 Negative Crunch 15
