barbell incline bench warm ups 135 x 12 twice 175 x 10 225 x 8 prep 275 x 6 315 x 4 175 x 12 dumbbell flat bench 90 x 12 100 x 10 100 x 10 95 x 8 95 x 8 cable flies 35 x 15 42.5 12 50 x 9 35 x 13 30 x 15 pecdec spaced out and forgot to record the weight. i know the last two sets were the whole stack at 10 reps pretty damn good day, im real excited about losing fat and lifting heavier at the same time. even though the weight numbers didnt go up, it felt much easier. i should come out of this pretty ripped and lifting like a bear |

That's how my cutting run was in 2007. I can out 50 pounds lighter and deadlifting the heaviest of my life. For some guys cutting is such a mental thing. I don't know if guys like us are just lucky or aggressive.

nothing negative at all.
strength is going up and im leaning out. no leaps and bounds but definite improvement. i really wish i had a good scale and did a dry morning weight check to see how much change is going on there. (i almost never weigh myself) |
