485-1rm (that last 15 pounds is being an sob, havnt went for it in three weeks though)
update is due: Starting today I have switched all my movements to dumbbells (minus deadlifts/squats). Probably wont last long because our dumbbells only go to 130, but it should be a good switch in the mean time. I think the change will be good for shaping, who knows, i just want to change it up a hair. Day to day muscle group layout will be the same: (monday-chest,tues-back,wed-delt,thurs-arms,fri-legs / random morning cardio and abdominal sessions) Today was just feeling things out did 5 sets of 100sx12 on both flat and incline, felt great having maximum stretch and contraction. Finished with 5 sets of cable flys and 5 sets pec/deck. I'll update some pictures tomorrow, i feel there is noticeable change.
