Default 01/19/10 - off day

nice light day today didn't feeling like doing much (gotta save myself for tomorrow).

Today:
Squat over head press
2 x 10 @ 90lbs
2 x 10 @ 95lbs
Super setted with

Chin ups (Wide grip)
3 x 10
1 x 8

Ez bar curls
3 x 65lbs
Super setted with

Hammer curls
3 x 25lbs

Tricep push downs
5 x 5 @90lbs
**Drop Set**
5 x 5 @ 45lbs

Then hit the tread mill for a 20 minute jog.

I'm all most out of cutting supps, so made a new order the other day. Got Animal cuts, CLA and BCAA's on the way. Also hope to have the Cellour kit sometime soonish

Interesting post workout meal. Chicken and avocado made me hungry.

Looks like a very intense full body day. Great workout.

Yeah had a craving for sushi and when you crave food you just gotta go get some of that.

These routines are taking there toll, feeling very tired today may have to listen to my body and rest today. If I feel like it maybe just some light LISS cardio and keep it at that.

I'm not taking any direct cutting supplements atm just BCAA's, Chromium Picolinate, multi's and green tea extract. Nothing to help jump start my energy so to speak.

Next week I should have CLA and Animal Cuts arriving. I've taken Cuts before and it was awesome. Great focus long clean energy and the desire to always hit the gym....Needless to say I'm looking forward to that arriving.

Heck I may even start another thread logging it.

Nice workout shoal. A lot in one hour. The heat in that place really helped the cutting. I hope the fix it for ya the next time.

Today was going to be an off day for me. Woke up feeling wiped out but gym time rolled around and I thought stuff it got nothing else to do.

So off I went, walked into the gym and the smell of the iron, clanking of plates, washed over me and I was F' yeah.

Feeling jazzed at that point so thought I throw up a few double/triples or what ever I could do.

Still F'in hot in the gym, had doors windows all open....didn't help

It went a little something like this:

Barbell shrugs
1 x 10 @220lbs
1 x 10 @265lbs
1 x 8 @285lbs
1 x 8 @310lbs
1 x 8 @330lbs

Moved over to military presses, done on the smith and using Hatfield's partial press method.
1 x 8 @135lbs
1 x 4 @175lbs
3 x 2 @175lbs

Upright row
4 x 5 @110lbs
super setted with Lying T-Bar rows
4 x 3 @155lbs

20 min jog to finish.
