My bench press, and deadlift really are the craps from injuries to shoulder and neck but I still work on improving them. The squat is my best lift by far. I have competed in two meets this year, squat only, one in Feb, and the other in April, my best competition raw squat is 435 LBS, next planed meet is in Nov and I have a goal of 500 LBS RAW. Too make it even worse I'm one of the lucky ones that get to train alone at home. Last edited by pds57; 05-30-2013 at 10:44 PM. |

Sat 1 June 13
Squats Bar x10x1 95x8x1 135x5x1 185x3x1 225x3x1 275x3x1 Added Belt here 275x2x1 Added 65 lbs. of chain, Added knee wraps here 275x2x1 Added 50 lbs. of chain total of 115 lbs. 275x2x1 Added 40 lbs. of chain total of 155 lbs. PR 275x2x1 Added 35 lbs. of chain total of 190 lbs. PR Had some tightness in left knee took a few sets too work it out, had a hard time getting to depth up to the fourth set. Over all it was a good night. I'm trying to use more chains and bands too increase my bar speed on the top half. |
