Currently been following 5/3/1 going to take my current gym maxes and re-calculate my percents and plug them into my 1 year plan/commitment. Current 1RM Squat 270 Bench 155 Deadlift 295 Press 125 Training Max Squat 243 Bench 139.5 Deadlift 265.5 Press 112.5 1 Year Goal Squat 363 Bench 199.5 Deadlift 385.5 Press 172.5

Saturday, June 1st 2013
Wave 1: Cycle 1 Squat 45x5 100x5 125x5 150x3 175x3 195x3 220x3 235x1 (Added a couple singles) 235x1 *Things felt pretty good today, did take a few sets to get into the groove. After squats I hung on the power rack for a little bit, I heard it helps de-compress the spine... Glute Ham Raises 4x8 x BW Back Raises 3x8 x BW *Really felt the burn here, I did notice my right side felt it a little more than the left. Side Bends 3x8 x 65 DB Lat Pulls 3x10x50 Overall a good session, nothing felt too easy or too heavy.
