I started off light and alternating between snatch and c&j the just c&j after I got out of my weight Snatch 1x5@95 1x4@115 1x2@135 C&J 1x5@115 1x5@135 1x4@155 1x3@165 1x2@185 2x1@205 1 mile run (slowly) Deadlift (Dbl overhand) 1x5@135 2x4@225 3x2@315 C&J 1x2@145 1x1@185 1x1@205 1x1@215 1x1@225 (PR) Snatch 1x2@95 1x1@115 1x1@135 1x1@155 (PR) Heavy ab work circuit x4 weighted situps x10 (55 lbs) side bends w/ db x10ea (100 lbs) leg raises w/ db x10 (30 lbs) Forearm roller (the piece of a rope attached) backwards and forwards with 25 35 45(x2) 55(x2) 35(x4) There were a lot of rests in here but I had a lot of fun with it.
