This is my write up of last night's session. Feeling tired after the weekend but nearly hit my exact targets. My right arm was shaking like crazy on the work sets. Something clearly wrong with it. Weights felt light but some slipped out of the groove due to my right arm. No pain, just not stable. Hopefully it will clear up.
Paused Bench press 60kg 10 100kg 5 120kg 1 132.5kg 3 132.5kg 3 132.5kg 3 Paused Slingshot bench press 150kg 5 150kg 5 150kg 3 Tris were dead after these. Paused wide grip bench 115kg 5 115kg 4 seated lateral raise 17.5s 12 17.5s 10 17.5s 10 Not bad tonight, considering I just competed saturday. Ate well today and was very up to train. Have felt lacklustre in the gym the last few weeks but was focused and driven tonight. Good things to come. |

Good session today. Not perfect as I underestimated the toll competing took on my body so I wasn't 100% but still got my targets just about.
Deadlift 60kg 5 100kg 5 150kg 2 200kg 1 232.5kg 3 232.5kg 3 speed deadlift 180kg 5' 180kg 5 180kg 5 rack pull from pin 13 ( lower than usual, this is from the exact point I failed the 267.5 saturday, and feels very hard, found my weakness i think) 230kg 6 230kg 6 yates row 130kg 8 130kg 8 beat at this point so went home. Not bad at all. |
