Low Box Squat w. Chaines. 255x5 275x5 315x3 345x2 didn't get my 3rd so i got pissed and upped the weight the next set 350x2 again didn't get my 3rd..felt defeated but it was a good stimulus! got over it, will come back and crush weight next week. Good Mornings 135x10 165x8 185x8x2 Pull Throughs 170x8x4 Face Pulls 130x8x4 Cable Crunches 120x15x4 I was pretty bummed about my Max Effort felt I wasn't there mentally. Had a long morning at work, and think I wasn't fully all there mentally. My assistance exercises went well though, I feel that I'm getting stronger in the areas I need to bring up. Will be posting a new progression pic this wednesday..why wednesday? because my girlfriend has my camera and she doesn't get back till wednesday..ohh yea and its upper body day..hahah

Your squats look good. How are you performing your good mornings. Are putting the weight on a bar and then on the shoulders or are holding it somewhere else? The reason I ask is because.. 185lbs. is awesome. Keep it up.

Wednesday Workout: Bench ME
Floor Press 225x5 255x5 275x3 (video) 295x3 305x3 had a spot on my last rep..think i need to do smaller jumps in weight JM DB Press 40x8x2 45x8x1 50x6x1 Bradford Presses (to the front and back = 1 rep) 95x5x2 115x5x1 115x3x1 Pull-ups (need to work on these again! used to be so much better) BWx5x5 *sad Rear Delt Machine 60x3x15 lifted at the school gym..had to keep MC Hammer on

I lighter weight increments will work. I was looking through your log and it looks like you have increased you bench by a solid 30lbs. in a month. To me that's a great increase in weight. Good Job!
