Heh, just kidding. Rather you than me though. Best of luck with it - hope it nets you all kiiiiiinds of gains.

I heard it's best to only do for, what, 12 weeks or so? Not too long anyhow. What's your plan for it?

Initial goals for '13: 140kg Squat / 100kg Bench / 180kg Deadlift.
Best lifts so far: 150kg Squat / 100kg Bench / 190kg Deadlift / 70kg Strict Press.
Working towards: 180kg Squat / 140kg Bench / 220kg Deadlift / 100kg Strict Press.
