WORKOUT A Squat 55kg+barx3x5 Bench Press 40kg+barx3x5 Chin Up 3x6 Dumbell Curl 10kgx1x8 10kgx1x6 First workout,went okay.Numbers are crap at the moment but they should come up pretty quick(hopefully).Squatting is very annoying,I think I'm squatting off a bench rack more than anything.I dunno what the bar is,it isn't an olympic bar anyway. Opps did chin ups instead of barbell row.Should I do chin ups for my next session again. Last edited by denis; 11-23-2009 at 03:40 PM. |

Don't worry about the numbers. You're starting with much better numbers then I did. Keep hitting it hard!

Nice to see the log Denis. Don't worry about your numbers. The only thing you will get at this site is encouragement. There is always somebody bigger and stronger, there are people below you.

Good to see somebody else on Grim's routine and good luck with your training. It is a very good routine and I have been using it for about 2 months!
EDIT: To answer your question, should you do chinups again for your B routine, I would say ya do them again and then go back to barbell row on friday which is A. Last edited by JBlack16; 11-23-2009 at 10:58 PM. |
