Nighttrain's leanbulk with Proven's P-Phera
OK, so after 8 weeks of recomp and a loss of 22 pounds im ready to put some weight back on while trying to keep my BF in the low ranges... last time i checked i was at 11.2%, so lets see what i can accomplish.
workout will look like this- Day 1- Legs Day 2- Chest; Delts; and Traps Day 3- Cardio Day 4- Legs Day 5- Back; biceps; Triceps Day 6- Cardio Day 7- Rest Diet is in check- PRO: 270gr Carbs: 450gr Fat: 50gr supplements: week 1: 20mg P-Phrea; support supps; and 10 gr creatine week 2-4: 30mg P-Phrea; support supps; and 10 gr creatine |

Day 1- 23 Nov 09- LEGS
5 min warm up on bike.... Standing leg curls- 35x15/ 60x15/ 45x15/ 45x15 SLDL- 175x10x4 sets Leg extentions- 125x20x5 sets Leg press- 415x20/ 435x20/435x20 Squats- 315x10/ 365x10x2 sets leg press calf raises- 350x15x5 sets freaking killer leg day, if this program don't make me grow nothing will.... this should be fun!!!
