Diet
shake, oats, and creatine

venison chili and corn bread
PWO shake
pork roast and noodles

I'm taking several shakes with instant oats during my work week. Keeps me going well, and I'm not hungary or wanting to munch out on junk while I'm at work. That chili sounds darn good though. I love cornbread, hot with butter and syrup. Thats a meal right there.

Nice squats!! Once I lay waste to the Ripper and his numbers, and work my way through BTB,......your next.
