well i drink alot of water anyways.. but i have noticed if i sluff off on the water i tend to get headaches.. so i keep the intake rather high.. so the answer is YES

Thanks Buddy, i just try to give as much info as possible and not get too boring...
plus i feel i get better workouts when im logging, as i am more adapt to write down verything im feeling at the moment in the gym.. plus logging the workouts lets me keep track of where i was last workout and try to increase from day to day!!

Pullups (weighted, hands facing away)-- 35x10/ 45x8x2 sets/ 50x8/ 50x6 DB Pendlay rows-- 40x10/ 50x10x2 sets/ 60x10 Seated cable rows (small v-bar, hands facing each other)-- 120x10/ 180x10/ 200x7/ 220x6-- immediately dropped to 160 for 6 more reps Seated DB curls-- 40x10/ 45x6/ 40x8/ 35x8 Single arm DB preacher curls-- 45x8x2 sets/ 40x8x2 sets Wide grip TRI pressdowns (grip 2inches outside shoulders)-- 72.5x12/ 80x15/ 87.5x12/ 87.5x9--- AWESOME FREAKING PUMP!!!! 1 arm DB french press--- 25x10/ 35x10/ 35x8/ 35x8 Diet shake, oats, and creatine 6 inch ham and cheese sub--- left lunch at home today ![]() missed 3rd meal ![]() shake following work out pork and rice shake and oats prior to bed got my new digital calipers today--- tried them out, first reading 10.2%, second readinf 9.8%.... i think i need some more practice to get where im comfortable with my readings... will keep everyone posted

Ok i re-check BF again.. 3 times and each time it was 11.9%... in the morning i will do it again and weigh in to see how much weight i have gained vs BF gained... two weeks into lean bulk and i know im probally pretty close to being up 8-10lbs.
