Thanks Steve... i dont think of my self as a power lifter, i just try to go as heavy as i can on all my lifts for whatever the rep range is... got Chest; Delts; and Traps in about and hour and a half!!!! gota get a meal in here shortly!!!

1 DECEMBER 09---
Chest; Delts; Traps machine shrugs-- 180x20x5 sets seated side lateral raises-- 25x12x3 sets seated DB shoulder press-- 65x10x2 sets/ 65x9/ 65x6 machine rear delts-- 65x10/ 80x10/ 95x10 decline db press--- was supposed to do DBs but i didnt have anyone to hand them to me, and i couldnt figure out how to get them up on my chest while laying on the decline bench.... so i did decline BB press instead-- 135x10/ 185x6/ 205x6/ 225x4 flat bench DB flys-- 50x10/ 50x8/ 45x8/ 45x8 pretty good workout today, had a gr8 pump in the shoulders and i can really see them comming out!!! looking swole... diet shake, oats, and creatine tilapia and brown rice tilapia and brown rice shake pork roast and noodles shake and oats before bed
