You have any elbow tendinitis from all those years of pushups? It only took 2 years to kill my elbows. But them again, after basic and AIT, I was supply in an AIT unit so I did PT with the trainees every day. Tons 'o pushups.

Monday 30 Nov 2009- day 8 of Phera @ 30mg
---LEGS---5 minute warm up on stationary bike Standing leg curls-- 35x15/ 45x15x2 sets/ 55x15 SLDL-- 185x10x4 sets Seated leg ext.-- 135x20x4 sets/ 135x17 Leg press-- 435x20x2 sets/ 455x20 Squat-- 315x10/ 365x10/ 375x10--- bring the smoke, i could feel the puke creeping up into my throat as i was walking to the locker room.... boy that was an insaine freaking leg workout... i didnt do calf raises as i was running late and needed to get home..... diet shake, oats and creatine lean beef & vegatables lean beef & vegatables shake Ham and stuffing shake and oats @ bedtime

yeah 375x10.... i will easily break the 25lb on the squat in 12 weeks... i almost feel bad making that goal!!! i wanted to get 415 1RM, but i think i will be able to do that easily for reps.... could probally get that 1RM now!!!
