Monday, legs. Some times I start on the leg press then squat, Some times, squat then leg press leg press 50x80kg 20x120kg 10x200kg 6x300kg (ish) 6x320kg (ish) 10x200 squat 20x60kg 10x100kg 6x140kg 1-3x160kg 1-3x160kg as many as i can x140kg as many as i can x100kg Leg extention 10x60kg 8x70kg 6x80kg as many as i can 60kg Curl 12x60kg 10x70kg 8x80kg 6x80kg Calf raise as many as i can with 80kg, 4 sets. Tuesday, Chest. Warm up my shoulders and cuffs Bench Press 20xbar 20x40kg 10x60kg 6x100kg 2x130kg 1x140kg 1x140kg 10x100kg 20x60kg Incline bench 4 sets, no more than 10 reps, with about 100kg. Incline dumb 10x25kg 6x35kg 6x40kg 10x30kg Dumb fly 12x20kg 10x25kg 8x25kg Wednesday, Back DEADLIFT!!!! No good at it but I love it. 20x60kg 10x100kg 6x140kg 2x180kg 1x200kg 1x200kg 6-8x140kg 6-8x140kg lat pull down 10x70kg 8x80kg 6x90kg 10x70kg seted row 10x90kg 8x100kg 6x110kg 10x80kg T bar 10x40kg 8x60kg 6x70kg 10x40kg I'll do the rest tomorrow as im off to bed!! dont time fly. |

Looks good.If i may say,always squat before leg press.

Shoulders
Millitary press 4 sets 8-2 reps dumbbell press 4 sets 8-6 reps lat raise 4 sets 12-8 reps reverse fly 4 sets 12-8 reps Friday is some times arms, cv or just rest. Two things are gunna change this routine now. My wife is about to drop my son out of her vajayjay and i have put my name down for a comp in september. we will see how it works out. |

Looking good. Ya if u are worried about ur squat numbers then u will want to do quats befor leg press

Yeah I think from now on it will be first. It was always more to make sure I was warm. Just have to do more warmup and stuff eh.
Unfortunately I'm having a few weeks off now, against my will, but when I get back its ass to the grass.... Unless baby and wife need me at home.... |
