beginner training log
started my log here: jeff's beginner workout (grim83's beginner program) - Bodybuilding.com Forums
decided i'm gonna start posting here too... i'll start off with my goals for the program then post more workouts as they come. Goals: Squats: 3x5x165 Deadlift: 3x5x185 Bench: 3x5x145 Press: 3x5x105 Rows: 3x5x115 |

Workout A 11/25
Squat- 3x5x150
Bench- 3x5x120 Rows- 3x5x100 Curls- 2x8x50 I felt a little rushed at the gym so it wasn't the best day... squats up by 5 bench by 5 rows by 5 and curls up by 2.5 for next workout |

Eat up man, progression is key you got a good starting point. Just eat fairly clean and you'll be huge in no time.
