so in my journal i write down all the weights i wanna lift in the next few workouts then circle them once I put em up... i just noticed that starting next workout i'm hitting PRs in every single lift i'm doing. bring it on b*tch.

Deads- see below
Military Press- 3x5x105 PR Pull-ups- 3x4xBW Bench Dips- 2x8x45 I was going for 195 on deads today and i started my warmups wayy higher than usual. i started at 135 which was so stupid cause when i hit my first work set my hamstrings weren't warmed up yet and they were hurting so i stopped after the second rep as to not injure myself. i'll go for 195 on sunday... with pullups i decided i'm doing three sets of 4 today then gonna add reps every week so i can progress on those too instead of just doing as many as i can. real happy about the MP PR though, and next week i'll move it up by 5

That's a real strong military press. I don't use much more then 145 myself.

Shoulder drive is a huge part of the bench press and it also works the triceps pretty hard, so keep at it and your bench will explode soon.

today was an amazing workout. I actually had to double check to make sure i was using a 45 lb bar not a 15 lb. one cause the weights felt light...
also i started talking with this guy there who's pretty ripped and we were giving eachother spots and he told me i had perfect form on the bench press which really pumped me up cause i've been working on it for so long... anyways enough of this lets get to the workout: Squats: 3x5x160 (really perfected form total ATG ass touched calves) Bench: 3x5x130 Rows: 3x5x110 Curls: 2x8x55 PR the most i've ever squated was 3x5x165 and my form was no where near as good as it is now so i'm happy about that my bench PR is 1x5x135 and my three sets of 130 were a breeze today so i'm psyched to put up 135 next week and set that PR, rows were good as usual and hit the curls PR so i had a great day at the gym
