PR friday:
Squat 5x95 5x120 5x145 5x165 3x195 pr 8x145 Bench 5x95 5x120 5x145 5x165 3x195pr 8x145 Bent over row 5x60 5x70 5x85 5x100 3x120 Pr 8x85 Mondays goal is to get 5 reps instead of 3 for the pr #'s. bench and squat feel acheivable, rows will be tougher but I'll get it.

Mondays workout
Squat 5x95 5x120 5x145 5x165 5x195 up from 3 reps on Friday Bench 5x95 5x120 5x145 5x165 5x195 up from 3 reps on Friday Bent over row 5x60 5x70 5x85 5x100 5x120 up from 3 reps on Friday 3 sets of weighted hypers 3 sets of modified skullcrushers with a pull over motion first - 8x55 Weighed in at 172, when I first started lifting 2 years ago I weighed 141. Finally eating to grow!

Squats - light squat day
- 5x100 - 5x120 - 5x145 - 5x145 Standing Press - 5x75 - 5x90 - 5x105 - 5x120 Deadlift - 5x165 - 5x195 - 5x230 - 5x260 - New 5 rep PR, I was prety amped going into it mentally and got it done with no problem 3 sets of decline weighted sit ups 8x25lbs Rack and shrug - 5x225 - 3x315 - 3x315
