Rob's "BIG" adventure
ITs time for a fresh start and as I believe you must change everything to make a new you. This routine was giving to me by my mentor, that he used for many years to lift in the 70-80's.
Routine Break Down Monday: Light Leg Work Tuesday: MMA training(Cardio) Wednesday: Bench 5x5-Tricep/Upper Back Thursday:MMA training(Cardio) Friday: Squat/Dead lift 5x5 Sunday: Bench/Shoulder 5x5-Biceps/Lats Goal's 1RM Bench:405 Squat:500 Dead Lift:500 5x5 Bench:5x5@315 Squat:5x5@405 Dead Lift:5x5@405 After each work out i might rant on stuff such as how training felt and what time I woke up and ate!! |

Wake up: 7:23 Breakfeast: 6 Eggs 2 Banannas 9 Bacon Strips Squat barx10 135x3 225x3 315x1 350x5 350x5 350x5 350x5 350x5 Dead Lift barx10 135x3 225x3 315x3 370x5 370x5 370x5 370x5 370x5 RANT: I fixed my squat a bit, which you guy will be able to see tomorrow. Going to be using 350lbs on the squat again due to the last rep was a bit shaky |
