here i am and here is my log my stats 24 years old 1.8m 75kg 12%b.f. goal : power here is the work out i do,and i m about to change it monday upper bench press 4 x 8 row barbel 3x 15 military press pull downs 3 x 15 shoulder lateral raise 3 x15 tuesday lower squat 4 x 8 romanian deadlifts 4 x8 leg extensions 3x 12 legs curl 3x 12 calf raises on hack 3 x 15 abs 2 sets Thursday upper the same friday lower the same saturday triathlon |

now im thinnking to change it
i m planning to keep as it is on monday and tuesday Wednesday off and i m not sure about Thursday and friday fisrtly i thought to do bodyweight excersices ,like push ups,dips,pull ups etc on thursday and train for olympic lifts on friday but i can add the bodyweight excersise in the regimen and not spent a whole day for them hmmm i m comfused guys what do you think? |

Why are you changing things up? What are your goals? Whenever I am uncertain, I always go back to my goals and line up what I do with them.

here s what i m thinking for tuesday and friday
tuesday bodyweight excersises,circles push ups dips y's squats(without weights) abs 20 reps x7-10 sets friday i m thinking to combine excerseises,so squat to military press 4 x 8 deadlift to up right row 4 x 8 (recently i saw on tv the row crew preperation trainning and they were doing this excersise,it seemed intresting to me )and good mornings 4 x 8 this is it please coment |
