14/3/13 Squat; barx10 60x5 100x4 140x3 165x2 185x1 205x1 225x2 (gash...cut the last rep) 200x2 (tech adjustment) 185x1 200x1 215x1 225x1 Bench press; barx10 60x5 80x4 95x3 110x2 125x2x3 Deadlifts; 60x5 100x3 140x1 180x1 220x1 260x3 (PB!) 260x1 (spent lol) Good session today. Squats started a bit off. Just wasn't feeling it, maybe not warmed up or maybe just first session of the week blues? Anyway 225x2 was gash. Hard and I cut the last rep. After I decided to move my grip back in too 'max legal'. Felt good and worked back to a nicer, but by now quite tired 225x1 At least alls well that ends well on that score. Just a little feeder benching and then on to the big deads. Goal 260x3. Goal done! Very happy with it. Even did it with my grip not feeling great on the bar. Maybe just tried grip, maybe the load, maybe the bent bar, and no doubt a combo of all the above. I had to re-set my grip after each rep but still managed to make the lift. Thumb is sore now. Got the straps on and hoped for a double next set but was spent, and barley got up a single. Tom heavy bench and light deads. Vids sorting themselves out now

Cheers all. Hands felt it today. Beat!
15/3/13 Bench press; barx15 60x5 75x4 90x3 105x2 120x1 135x1 145x2 =pb 145x1 145x1 130x1 130x1 130x2 Deadlift; 60x3 100x1 140x1 (ohhh hands hurt) 180x1 220x1 Nice session today. Feeling a bit tired and sore in places after thurs work, and didn't feel on fire warming up on the bench. However happy to equal a pb followed by some nice singles at that weight. Then did a little down work with some nice pauses. Good bit of work. Finished with a small and quick bit of deadlifting and job done! Up to 230 on the squat this sunday follwed by 80%x2x6 on bench and deadlift.
