![]() haha c'mon though, you're not a true beginner to lifting. i never even heard of suitcase deadlifts until i'd been lifting for quite a while. lol 2 sets of reverse grip toilet hugs 2 sets x 20 fl. oz. reverse peristalsis

You are right, but this is my first heavy lifting since football in 2006. I was in the army but that was mostly cardio and circuits. Now I want to look like a bear and do the scottish games, maybe some stongman stuff.

never worked out with kegs, but do you have room to toss it? maybe you can do both straight forward tosses and overhead tosses.

What unit were you with? I'm in III corps over at Ft. Hood. Got a little under 4 years left on my contract.
Personally, I don't mess with Army PT any more than I have to. I can pass a PFT any day of the week, but I don't worry about any 300's. Solid work in here so far. You and I have similiar numbers, so I'll be keeping an eye on your progress. Hooah!
